What Happens in Vegas… Ends Up on My Blog

The Adobe Summit Conference might just be the best party in Vegas. That is, if you’re looking for the best in technology and a live digital caricature by yours truly. And I ask you, is there a  better venue for such a party than the world renowned Venetian Hotel and Casino on Las Vegas Boulevard?

During the three day conference, I was practically drawing non-stop as the crowd of attendees cycled through the various expo booths, including the Infosys stand, where I was kept constantly busy while entertaining. I was afraid that my stylus wouldn’t hold up to the punishment I was putting it through. And my colleague, Sam, was just as busy working for Infosys through our agency at another conference.

As we were both in the Entertainment Capital of the World, we had to explore Las Vegas together and check out some of the sights, sounds, and tastes that makes the city so famous. We got pedicures (my first time ever!), checked out some tantalizing restaurants, and even attended the One Republic and Death Cab for Cutie concert. To cap it all off, we found our friend and fellow caricature artist, Kenny, drawing classic caricatures in front of the Bellagio. After he drew me, I decided to trade my Cintiq tablet and Corel Painter app for pen and paper and draw Kenny’s caricature right there on The Strip!
