Cute Caricatures and Customer Service
Kicking off a two-week stretch of traversing the East coast, I’m here in Charlotte, NC for the annual CSWeek Conference. This annual conference brings together top entities in the utilities customer service field. Once again, I’ve partnered with Infosys to entertain at their expo stand.
It’s always a thrill to find myself in unfamiliar territory, such as Charlotte. What a quaint little city this is, with restaurants and museums galore! I have a feeling I’m really going to enjoy my time here. A good friend and fellow artist, Lars, is also here at the conference. We’ve already made plans to meet for dinner and catch up. This being my first visit to Charlotte, it’s a comfort to know that I have a friend with whom to see the sights and take in all this city has to offer.
