Last month issue #31 is breaking onto the shelves in Barnes and Nobles in the USA. Some still have Issue#30, but 31 is on it’s way.

For those in Europe who have access to this month’s Painter Magazine, Issue#32 (it’s out of London), you’ll notice I did four subjects. The first was Leonardo da Vinci, then Van Gogh, then two more. The art study on the “How to” (Painter tools that I used for this digital painting) is in this magazine.

Well, I’ve just posted the screencast video of me drawing da Vinci from start to finish. Let me know how you like it!

Or you can watch it on our website: Screencast of Leanardo da Vinci

Angie, all I can say is WOW!!! I think this is your best Caricature yet, which includes everything from drawing the caricature, painting the caricature, reference material, color palette, and of course, the video itself showing the detail work a bit slower at times knowing you have to keep the file size down as much as possible. I know you put in the time and hard work on this one, and I love the style and the way it turned out. Also, congrats on getting published in the painter magazine. Keep up the great work!

Thank you for this great compliment Rob! I’m so glad you enjoyed this screencast and there will be more!
If you pick up or order Issue#31 Painter magazine, this will guide you step by step on my set-up and brush tools that I had used to paint DaVinci!
    Thanks again!
