What a thrill for me, not only to be in attendance, but also to be able to showcase my digital art at this year’s Society of Neuroscience Conference in National Harbor. I’m always excited to visit the Washington, DC area, so I was thrilled to work with the wonderful people at EMD Millipore (www.EMDMillipore.com) and draw caricatures at their trade show booth.The annual conference brings together some of the most brilliant minds in the medical and scientific fields to present new developments, research, and products and tools in the field of Neuroscience. With over six thousand people in attendance this year, I felt honored to draw at this prestigious event, as well as very busy!
As I am always looking for a little adventure, I was so glad to be back at National Harbor (www.nationalharbor.com), where there is no shortage of dining and entertainment venues. Although I was there to work, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to check out a new restaurant and a quick walk-about to take in the sights.
