For my birthday, my husband wanted to surprise me with a special gift. For years, I’ve wanted to learn the Italian language, but I’ve never had time to take a formal class. My inordinately busy schedule doesn’t afford me the opportunity to sit in a classroom 3 times a week. So, it was a wonderful surprise when my husband bought me the Rosetta Stone language immersion software for my birthday.
I’ve already worked through several of the introductory and beginner lessons and am breezing through them. It’s great system since I can finish up a 20-minute lesson with my morning coffee and take my laptop on the train or plane when I’m heading to a job. Hopefully, I’ll be comfortable enough with the language that I’ll fit right in when I go to Italy on vacation next year.
