What a load on my feet! Literally! I went to the gym tonight to run on the tread and they were all taken, plus a few “out of orders” stand posted on some. THIS lead me to attempt another heavy workout by climbing the stairmaster. Just another workout, right? UH, well, after 5 minutes, and the fact that I haven’t been on one of those contraptions in a few years, it felt like the weight of bricks draggin on my feet! I had no idea that I was out of “walking the stairs” shape. God bless those workers who climb stairs everyday, but I really did miss my standard 2 mile tread-run… always trying to beat my last “running” record. pant pant.
Also, I guilt tripped Scott to join my workout – heh heh!
