I was asked to pose next to my cartoon and smile similar, so here are the results.
Now I wish I would have opened my smiling “teeth” cartoon file, instead.

Scott was actually in this photo to the left of his caricature and he was asked to pose, as well, but I guess they decided to edit him out. At least you can see his cartoon, though.

I actually forgot that they (local papers) took this photo of me at the town’s festival a few weeks ago.
I came into work today and one of my co-workers left the article on my desk!

I haven’t raced in 10 years and I really doubt I will enter any of the bike races any time soon.
Last week a friend started a group ride, so I was invited out for my first spin of the year. I felt that itch to start a racing workout, but looking at my schedule, I believe I will only be able to attend a spin once a week, or every other week, with the boys! ‘Sigh,’…long roads of 30 miles or more.
If anything, I’m looking forward to one of my old workouts!

The photos were taken during my heavy racing years, while winning a couple. Speaking of heavy, I certainly was, with all the carb intakes and grinding those gears!
