5+ years ago, I came up with a computer base comic idea and sketched out my character ideas and copyrighted them.
I then began working on some comic strips and story boards.
Last year I finally returned to work on my comics (with the little time I had from my extremely busy schedule), but I recently lost a few cartoons and strips when my Macbook crashed. Fortunately, I had sent some low rez files through my gmail to show family and friends, so I am upgrading my characters and strips, along with “making” time to work on my new strips and animation a little bit each week.
I thought it was time to “Show and Tell!”
The names of my characters are
JT (boy), Corky (pet ferret), Mona (female monitor), Dex (pointer), Sully (mouse), and Ike (icon).
I have 2 more characters that I am adding when I get into my storyboards and animation.
For now, I began uploading my strips on my website, but I will have more to come, as the weeks pass.

Wow! I just returned from my trip to the Netherlands, spending much time drawing with many of European’s finest artists. I attended a minicon, called CU 2008 in the town of Oosterbeeck and later traveled to Amsterdam where I stayed for a tour on my last day.
I surprisingly won 3rd place for Best Cartoon Style. There were so many great and talented artists and I learned very much by watching, listening, and practice, practice, practice! Since I tend to be more of a digital artist, I feel I need to take the time to practice with my live “color” media, so I decided to take a step and start producing more live studio drawings (on paper) within my future.
My wall (window) of art was designed with color copics/colored pitt pens and colored pencils.
Here are many photos of many friends, my art display and drawings. Also, I finally had the pleasure of meeting Marion at the Hotel Dreyeroord, when she stopped by for a visit with her son and daughter! She is an amazingly talented artist!
Mick did a fantastic Photoshop rendition of me! Thanks Mick!
What a great and adventurous experience! I had so much fun and laughter with EVERYONE!
I will post more photos, hopefully closer and clear photos, later this evening!

I happen to design this character over the winter months, just fooling around in painter. I call her Eva, for now.

Scott, JT and I ventured out for a fun evening at the movies. As we stopped by Barnes and Nobles for Scott’s quick caffeine fix and JT’s Bathroom Reader scoping, I sat and doodled a cartoon of us into my sketchbook with the only 2 markers I had with me! Here is my scan!
News flash…I’ve updated my marker mess to a dandy digi! I really love these 2 colors together and plan to work them some more!
