Wheeling in the Money!

I feel very fortunate to have such awesome clients. Not too long ago, a gentleman contacted me and had to go on about how he loved my cartoon style.

He was looking for an artist to design a character of him for his company’s website branding.

Character design is always a fun challenge for many reasons. I am constantly looking to learn more about character design. Several years ago, I took a character design course that was given by professional character designer Stephen Silver. It was the best course I have ever taken!

This course has helped me with understanding the shapes, forms, and alignments with developing characters.

Stephen helped me develop a better eye to look at my design work. He even taught us how to continue learning on our own; so I am continue to learn and develop by being aware of the faults in my own art work early on so the finished products look that much better!
