My Canadian client, the Lacombe police, returned once again to have me create one more character for their cartoon collection, Milton the Bear.

I’m looking forward to seeing all 20 cartoon characters that I had created over the year of 2010 (and 2011), placed on a nice quality card (a collective card set).

Also, I was told they were going to frame each one and hang all 20 caricatures on their hallway wall along with creating a coloring book, with artist’s information on the back of the book-’grin’ Thanks Chief and Nicole!
