Three “A” Named Artists Draw Together!

Another overnight post prom and I had the chance to work with 2 other artists for the first time, Alex and Ali. (Funny, how all our names start with an “A.”)

The music was blasting in the crowded gymnasium, as all three of us sketched the students and their prom dates as quickly as we could. I heard much laughter around all of us.

Alex, Ali and I all had a cartoony style, yet we were all different and that’s what’s great about having more than one artist at an event; this gives the students a “choice.” Lines were long for all three of us.

I heard someone whisper that the school needed to bring in more caricature artists, and I say having more artists, brings more of a crowd. Our lines NEVER get small.
