His name rings a bell! :) Jordan’s mother sent me a photo to create a digital graduation cartoon for Jordan and to my surprise, she made a poster out of it right where I was to set up to draw for Jordan’s party guests..
Here is a photo! (Notice my new tripod easel set-up! I call it my “TREASELTM!” -Thank you Scott)

Mary’s Birthday Party!

Posted on May 31, 2009

It was Mary’s birthday and she invited guests to a party with having me turn them into cartoons and a great pianist. A few of her guests were opera singers, so it was great to hear Mr Thomas sing along with his wife and later I had time to chat with them about singing and the opera.
Many of the guests, including Mary thought I looked like Mary. I guess I come close. You can be the judge. Happy birthday Mary!

Memories from the evening.

A Three Person Caricature!

Nothing better than a gift caricature for your family, especially a studio digital caricature with your own custom theme.
My client asked to draw him with his brother and father in The Nickolas Cup theme setting.
He absolutely loved it! Thanks Michael!

Graduation Overnight with Caricatures, Magic and More!

Posted on May 30, 2009

I heard the roar of the crowd as Scott hit the stage with his magic, while I was drawing and entertaining with my caricatures to the high school students, in another part of the same room. The room was filled with entertainment, music and food.
The students were excited to watch me draw, along with receiving a take home party favor from their overnight graduation party. What a great way to give a gift to students who are graduating.

Just a few memories from the evening.
