SOMETIMES I find the time to squeeze some OTHER work (besides
cartoons) for clients and did this for a friend of mine last year!
YES! I do REAL Portraits, too!

I love doing illustration work and created this 2 years ago and did a few other people in this style, EXCEPT me. It’s time to finish one of me in this neat style I created! Coming soon - I hope! At the time of design, I studied Hirshfeld and learned so much, (the MAN’s work is brilliant, he’s a genius!) I can’t even compare to Hirsh, but I DO LOVE the style I accomplished!

Yes, my father was once famous….well at least in my part of the country!
He and his brothers formed a band called
“The Jordan Brothers” at very young age, JUST
LIKE Jacksons, Osmonds, etc. Anyway, they wrote
songs in the 60’s, appeared on “The Pier,” in
Atlantic City, “The Ed Hurst Show,” met famous
people on the way and were on the charts across US!
The draft in the military caused them to miss their call!
They are STILL famous in my area of PA!
My father died in 93, and I miss my best friend!!!

I always thought my father (Bob), (one standing on right in photo), had a Chris Reeve’s look to him and my Uncle Joe, who is 3rd on paper photo (mistake on the order of names) had a Redford look!

I drew Scott on my Cintiq tablet, (NO SCANNING)
in about 20 minutes. PLUS, I always work in Photoshop,
but DID this in Painter program that Scott bought me for my
birthday 2 yrs ago (Yes, I decided to use it THIS year!)
and the difference in each program frustrates me, but I managed!!!
Not BAD for 20 minutes, I think! I’d like to accomplish
THIS in 10 minutes and WILL!! Practice! Practice! Practice!

He loves to cuddle and sleep in my arms,
when I watch TV. He is 6 yrs old and has been
a joy to my life for 4 years!!!

I’ve been working on a new cartoon of me and my 3 brothers
and I can’t wait to finish this in full digital color!

Vanessa is an English Actress and she is in her 60’s today and you still catch her in films. Our looks come close, but there are SOME differences!
